The refugee and migration crisis and its appalling human consequences have been qualified by the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights as a ‘failure’ and a ‘moral collapse’.
For this first IHL Talk, co-organized with the Global Migration Centre, panelists will discuss how international organizations are dealing with the operational, legal and human challenges this unprecedented scale of movement of population across borders has created for the international community.
About the IHL Talks
The IHL Talks are a new series of events, hosted by the Geneva Academy, on international humanitarian law and current humanitarian topics.
