When: 26 Sep 2016 – 15:00 – 17:00
Where: The Black-E, 1 Great George Street, Liverpool, L1 5EW
We are currently witness to the largest mass movement of people in human history, with our government utterly failing to deal with it in a compassionate way by putting up hurdles in the form of stifling bureaucracy and racist policies.
Effective solidarity is urgently needed – but to build it, we must first hear and understand the struggles facing migrants, as well as their visions for another future.
This event is organised as a part of The World Transformed, a series of events and discussions taking plce in Liverpool during the period the Labour Party conference is in the city.
